1. International IDP Acceptance Guarantee

IDPA guarantees that your International Driving Permit will be accepted in the countries listed in our official Country Acceptance Checker, provided that the correct IDP format (digital or printed) has been selected.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• Your IDP is rejected by official traffic authorities in an eligible country.
  
  
• Your IDP is refused by a licensed car rental company in an eligible country.
  
  

Proof of rejection is mandatory and must be provided in written form.

Refund Conditions

• Refunds exclude shipping charges and expedited processing fees.
  
  
• Requests must be made while the IDP is still valid.
  
  
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
  
  

Important Exclusions

• No refunds will be issued if a digital IDP is purchased where a physical IDP is required.

2. Digital IDP Delivery Guarantee

Delivery Timeframes

• Priority digital processing: within 15 minutes
  
  

If IDPA fails to deliver your approved Digital IDP within the applicable timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.

Not Covered

• Applications with incomplete, incorrect, or unapproved documents.
  
  
• Delays caused by invalid photos, missing license details, or incorrect personal information.
  
  

3. Unlimited Replacement Program

IDPA provides unlimited replacement copies for printed IDPs throughout the validity period.

Replacement Terms

• Replacement fee: 19 eur + destination shipping cost
  
  
• Replacement copies are shipped only to the original address provided at checkout.
  
  

Eligible Scenarios

• Lost or damaged printed IDP booklets.
  
  
• Orders marked undelivered with valid courier tracking proof.
  
  

4. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Grace Period

Orders may be canceled within 45 minutes of placement for a full refund, excluding express digital orders.

After the Grace Period

• A 15% administrative and handling fee applies.

• If a digital IDP has already been issued, its cost will be deducted from the refund.

6. Expedited Services & Add-Ons

• Express processing services are final and non-refundable.
  
  
• Optional upgrades and downloadable products are excluded from all money-back guarantees.
  
  
• By purchasing any add-on service from IDPA, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
  
  

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a Printed & Digital IDP, Digital-Only IDP, or any additional service from the Internationale vereniging voor rijbewijzen (IDPA), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
