Application Review & Digital IDP Issuance

At IDPA, all International Driving Permit (IDP) applications are reviewed once the required documentation has been fully submitted and verified.

• Standard Processing:
  Applications are processed within 24 hours after successful submission and approval of all documents.
  
  
• Priority / Urgent Processing:
  Applications submitted with urgent processing are completed in approximately 15 minutes, significantly reducing waiting time.
  
  

Upon approval, a Digital International Driving Permit is immediately delivered to the applicant’s registered email address.

Printed International Driving Permit (Physical Copy)

Orders that include a printed IDP booklet are prepared and dispatched within two (2) business days.

• A shipment tracking number will be issued and emailed within up to five (5) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  
  
• Dispatch and tracking timelines are based on operational schedules from Monday to Friday.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination country and selected shipping method. All delivery estimates are provided by third-party couriers and are approximate.

Tracking information will be sent via email once available. After dispatch, shipment monitoring and delivery inquiries should be directed to the assigned courier, as IDPA has limited control once the package leaves our facility.

Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

International shipments may be subject to:

• Customs duties
  
  
• Import taxes
  
  
• VAT or other government-imposed fees
  
  

These charges are not collected by IDPA and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Regulations vary by country. For clarification, our support team is available to assist with general inquiries.

Undeliverable or Missed Shipments

All shipments are sent with tracking details. IDPA cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  
  
• Invalid contact information
  
  
• Refusal of delivery by the recipient
  
  
• Courier delays or circumstances beyond our control
  
  

In such cases, re-shipping or replacement may require additional fees.

Change of Shipping Address

In limited circumstances, a shipping address modification may be requested.

• Address change requests are subject to approval.
  
  
• An administrative fee of 25 eur applies.
  
  
• Once an order has entered processing or shipment stages, address changes may no longer be possible.
